The star gazer, atop his tower, sends out his learned eye
Far, far into the darkness, beyond the deeply blue night sky
Eye spots a certain swinging, a gently swaying, cosmic dance
Reams of stars, astreaming, in an elliptical advance.
Static, yet arresting, how is it moving when it’s nought?
Nerves are sent aflaming with this single searing thought.
Is it season, time or random? Is there reason for alarm?
What is it? Why is it? How is it? Does it mean some harm?
To be continued...

Across vast seas of space, at heaven's beginning
ReplyDeleteInto whirlpools of stars and galaxies swimming
At every centre a black hole devouring
From unfathomable chaos order happening
And where the eye reaches at once knowing
Life harnessed is perpetually waiting
From pools of dead atoms and universes burning
To break free impossibly into being
(gulp) Wow! ;) Like, W-O-W! :)
