Beaded curtains.
Glimmery. Shiny. Bright.
A little wild. Untethered.
They jangle.
They catch the light.
They tug at you.
Declawed crabs.
They tangle you up.
They make a lot of noise.
They never stick.
They’re not really curtains.
They’re not
What they’re meant to be.
Quite a nuisance
